		<description>If you are in the U.S, I would rather have you go to the Carribean to get a medical degree. Based on the information you have provide, you do not need any standardized test. However, MCAT will place you on the top of the list. 

Even if you are not within the U.S, I would highly recommed you to explore medical colleges in the Carreabean Island. The name that strikes out of all is the Ross Medical College. However, there are others that are recognized in the U.S. You will undergo  your clinicals and residency in the U.S. 

I hope this answers your question. Getting accepted in a medical school in U.K without legal residence is very tough and out of reach at times.
