What degree should I pursue, If I want to eventually work for NASA?

Robbie asked:

What degree should I purse, If I want to work for NASA? Im interested in astronomy and physics. Although its been about 4 years since I graduated high school, Im ready to go back to college and fully pursue a degree and get a proper career started. I have no problems taking any math courses, I may be a bit “rusty” however I think I will be able to do just fine as long as I put all my energy and focus on all the courses I will be taking. Any tips and responses are welcome!
