Online bachelor’s degree. pointless or not?
aya8142 asked:
Hello. I graduated high school 3 years ago and have taken a few years off. I have been working, live in an apartment with my dog and boyfriend, and find the idea of going back to full time school very imposing on my happy little life. Anyway, I would like to get a bachelor’s in business and was excited about doing so through an online program.
I did a little bit of research and went to a recruitment/orientation meeting a University of Phoenix and was EXTREMELY dissapointed! So I did some deeper research and found that most people that got degrees through online programs were very uncompetitive in the job market, etc.
Anyway, I’d really like to go to school online so it doesn’t rock my world too bad. Is there a good program? Are there successful people out there? Is it a total waste of time and money? Any and all input is welcome!!!
