Does a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, give you more pay in all departments?

I’m a Senior at my highschool and graduate fairly soon. In september I begin classes at ITT Tech for Criminal Justice. 4 Years Bachelor degree. Now I know some departments give you more pay yearly for having a degree, does having a degree get you more pay in all departments or?

      An associates degreehowever it be in criminal justice but the classes help when you go through an bachelormasters degreeactually most departments are going to have at least an academy.
