Does a University of Pheonix online bachelors degree really look good to employers?

I was going to transfer to a local University, but I have recently been thinking about maybe signing up for a Bachelors Program with University of Pheonix Online. I have a child and it would just be more convenient. Do employers look down on schools like these? I just want to cover my butt! Thanks!
